SINGAPORE INSTITUTE OF LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTS

• Singaporean or PR only

• Relevant Degree / Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent

• 3 - 4 years of relevant working experience

• Strong design and visualization/communication skills

• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator), Revit, Microsoft Office, etc

• Able to work as a team as well as independently and under pressure

• An individual with experience in project and construction management (with completed projects) will be  an advantage

• An individual with knowledge of plants would be an advantage

• An individual who is a registered full member or an accredited landscape Architect with the Singapore Institute of Landscape Architects would be an advantage

• Fluency in the English Language is essential, both written and spoken

• Possess a proactive, positive attitude and friendly personality and ability to work with others

• Ability to work closely with and respect all levels of staff, Clients, Consultants and Contractors of different cultures and being able to represent the company professionally is a must

• Have the ability to working independently to organize work confidently and clearly to achieve demanding multiple project deliverables.

• Being able to interpret the designs of the landscape designers or landscape architects so that CAD execution is not reliant on sketches of every area to be able to proceed independently on layouts and details.

• Will be required to work on a number of projects.

• Highly proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD for producing layout plans, details and sections to organize, generate and document project outputs, and put together CAD packages at various stages of design. Skill and ability in other design software such as Lumion, and Sketch-up is also required. Proficiency in Revit and other graphic software ability will be an added advantage.

• Familiarity with Aconex will be an advantage.

• Must be focused and not distracted during working hours by social media or private chats.

A minimum of six (6) year’s work in AutoCAD including possibly 2 years in Revit, preferably in architecture, is required.
