Bachelors or Masters Degree in landscape architecture or related field required, with 3 to 7 years' experience in a professional service firm preferred. Excellent design, visualization, creative and innovative landscape digital graphic skills are a must, as is proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, Sketch-Up, and MS Office. An understanding of Revit is essential.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Under minimal supervision/guideline our junior Landscape Designers provide design, graphic and production support on all phases of a project.
Complete design sketches, presentation drawings, working drawings, diagrams, schedules and other computer generated documents as required by the project.
Will perform other project duties as assigned by the Manager/Director.

The Intermediate Landscape Designer assists in the development of the project design, site plans, specifications, production of presentation drawings, sketches and assists in solving design complexities. They will collaborate in a team environment relating to a variety of challenging resort, residential, urban planning and design projects. This individual must demonstrate creativity, strong graphics, good design judgment and most importantly, a desire to learn and grow.

A degree/ masters in Landscape Architecture or related discipline
A minimum of 12 years of related working experience in the landscape architectural field with leading role in ecological projects and/or master planning projects
Track record in undertaking project management responsibilities

SUMMARY OF POSITION: We are looking for a principal landscape architect with strong ecological knowledge, applied resilience strategies and acute awareness in the design and implementation of social spaces. You should have experience in leadership role, being a lead consultant and/or leading a team in the development of social spaces, locally or internationally. You must be kept up to date with current design trends in the field of landscape architecture and associated fields; and able to identify key initiatives, work across multi-disciplines and able to drive design thinking forward to achieve a better quality development. Your role involves environmental planning, master planning and design of public spaces on varying scales. You are expected to utilise and improve existing procedures, systems and processes. You will also assist in the development of landscape architects in the team and strengthen landscape architecture capabilities within the organisation.
