This global healthcare business wanted its new Asia headquarters in Singapore to be a ‘beacon’ for health and research in the region – a place that reflects a culture built on knowledge, learning and innovation.

But the site needed to go even further, breaking down traditional barriers between people within the company and the wider community. It had to empower people to perform their best, so the business could better serve consumers in the fast-growing Asia market – a key region for the global business.

As the concept architect, landscape architect and interior designer, our integrated design team approached the project from the ‘inside out’, looking closely at what inspires and engages their people to design an agile, open and multi-layered ‘green’ campus that promotes employees’ wellbeing – and brings those aspirations to life all around them.
